3 Tied for Top Honors at Hubbard State Am Qualifier
HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah – June 20th, 2019 – Cameron Tucker (pictured on previous page), Cale Hansen and Derek Lee shot the lowest scores at the Hubbard State Am Qualifier. Their rounds of 70 (-2) couldn’t be bested on a day that saw the leader board be congested with qualifying scores all being in the same neighborhood.
Tucker, whose home course is Entrada at Snow Canyon, fired in the most birdies of the leaders with 5. His front nine was a little better than his back as he went 34 and 36. Hansen got into a rhythm on the back nine with 3 of his 4 birdies coming then, shooting a 33. Lee’s round was fairly even, posting a 35 on both the front and back nine.
