A Membership for Everyone!

For over 50 years the Utah Golf Association has provided our members with numerous benefits, in addition to the USGA Handicap Index. Your annual membership fee will provide you with discounts on golf and services at UGA member clubs and partner organizations, and more importantly, your membership dues support, promotes and benefit the game of golf in Utah.

Adult Membership Dues$36

  • As of September 1, 2018, your membership is valid 365 days from the day you renew.
  • Adults are 19 years old and older.
  • UGA members may belong to more than one club, but they will be charged an additional membership fee for each club.
  • If you are a member of a private club, your membership will be renewed automatically by a staff member at the club.

UGA members are eligible to play in UGA Championships and amateur events at UGA Member Clubs throughout the state

Advance Golf in Utah

Your membership dues help us grow the game in our state. The UGA gives back to junior golf programs and allied associations, helps educate golf professionals and volunteers on the Rules of Golf and Handicapping, and provide course rating services and technology to clubs. We also help conduct economic impact studies, fund turf grass research, and get involved in government affairs that affect the golf industry.

New Members

It’s simple and easy to join the Utah Golf Association online!

  • Click here to Join
  • Select a home club from the list
  • Enter your contact information
  • Add a donation or Gold or Silver package
  • Pay your dues on the checkout screen

Once you have completed the checkout process:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your GHIN number
  • Your membership card will arrive in the mail in 2-3 weeks
  • Download the GHIN Mobile App on your smartphone to post scores and view your score history.
  • Once you post five 18-hole rounds, your handicap index will be established on the 1st or 15th of the current month, whichever is sooner.

Returning Members

Renewing your membership online is fast and secure!

  • Select your home club or a club you want to transfer to
  • Enter your GHIN number or look yourself up by name
  • Follow the prompts to update your contact information
  • Add a donation or Gold or Silver package
  • Pay your dues on the checkout screen

Once you have completed the checkout process

  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • Your GHIN number and handicap index will be reinstated instantly
  • Your membership card will arrive in the mail in 2-3 weeks
