UGA Woman Award Nomination Form

The UGA Woman Award is presented annually to a Utah woman golfer based upon what she gives back to the game of golf locally through her participation in golf. Specifically giving back to women’s golf through her passion, love, and respect for the game. This award recognizes her as a leader, friend, and inspiration to her peers.
