USC Dominates Gold Rush Tourney, Cougar Women Finish Fifth
Southern Cal won the team and medalist honors at the Gold Rush Championship at Old Ranch Country Club at Seal Beach, CaliforniaTuesday. Robyn Ree led USC to the victory as she won medalist honors with rounds of 70-71-71-212.
BYU, the only Utah team in the tournament, finished in fifth place with Alex White also finishing in fifth place individually. White shot rounds of 70-76-71-217. She was ten shots ahead of the next Cougar, Lea Garner, who finished at 76-75-76-227.
