Parkinson Shoots Three Over Par in Opening Round of U.S. Amateur
Joe Parkinson shot a three over par 73 in the first round of the U.S. Amateur Monday at Olympia Fields golf course in Olympia Fields, Illinois and is tied for 116th place. The low 64 advance to match play and so Parkinson is going to have to improve on that score.
