Rasmussen in Good Shape at U.S. Junior Amateur
Rhett Rasmussen is in good position to advance to match play at the U.S. Junior Amateur being held at Colleton River Plantation Club in Bluffton, South Carolina.
The 36-hole qualifying was suspended Tuesday night and will not conclude until Wednesday morning. At the suspension break Rasmussen is in 39th place with nine holes to play and with 64 advancing to match play he has some room for error. Rasmussen shot 74 in the first round and stands at one over par 37 after nine holes of the second round.
