Finau Finishes 19th, Nears Million Dollar Mark
Tony Finau shot a final round 68 and lost ground at the Crowne Plaza Colonial Championship Sunday. He went into the final round in 16th place, but fell to a 19th place finish on scores of 67-72-66-68-273.
Daniel Summerhays and Zac Blair also dropped down the leaderboard in the final round. Summerhays shot 73 and finished in 58th place and Blair shot 74 and finished in 62nd place.
The tournament was won by Chris Kirk with four rounds in the 60s, 68-69-65-66-268. Three others were just one stroke back, Jason Bohn, Chris Snedeker, and Jordan Spieth.
Finau earned $78,780 and now stands at $985,412 and will go over the million dollar mark when he makes the next cut. He is 66th on the money list. Sixty-four players have already earned $1 million or more.
Summerhays stands in 80th place on the money list with a total of $774,224, and Blair is 92nd with a total of $669,371.
