Check out what has been happening in Utah Golf.

In a six round tournament a lot of water can go under the bridge. Zach Fisher shot an opening round score of 75 and was well down the leaderboard, but by daily improvement he climbed up the leaderboard and on the last day reached the top rung.
His rounds of daily improvement were 75-67-66-65-64 and then shot another 64 to earn top prize in the Qualifying Tournament. He was the only player in the 150 player field to earn fully exempt status on the Tour.
Former Utahn Scott Pinckney finished second and Utah’s Tony Finau finished in a tie for third and they earned fully exempt status through most of the season, but will lose that exemption if their season performance does not meet a certain level of achievement.
Utah’s Zac Blair and Clay Ogden earned conditional status and will have the opportunity to play in some of the tournaments on an alternating basis.
