Wildcats Finish Tenth at Primm Valley
PRIMM, Nev. — The Weber State men’s golf team shot a three-round total of 883, finishing 10th at the Jackrabbit Invitational at Primm Valley Golf Club.The Wildcats were once again led by Jordan Herzog, who shot even-par 216 to finish tied for 14th. Michael Johnson and Jeff Jones each shot 22 to tie for 43rd, Matt Wahlen shot 225 to tie for 51st, and Colton Dallimore shot 232 to tie for 66th.The Air Force Academy and the University of Idaho ran away from the field, with the Falcons taking the team title with a 36-under-par total of 828. The Vandals shot 841, with tournament-host South Dakota State coming in third at 855.Air Force placed four players in the top-10, led by Kyle Westmoreland, who shot rounds of 67, 69, and 65 for a 15-under-par total of 201. Idaho’s Gordon Webb finished second at 202, and was followed by teammate Sean McMullen in third at 208.
