San Francisco Edges BYU, Keiley Wins Medalist Honors at Pauma Valley

There were nine collegiate teams entered in the Triumph at Pauma Valley, but it was clearly a two team race for the title with San Francisco edging BYU by two strokes and BYU’s Justin Keiley winning medalist honors by one stroke.
The closest team to the top two was Cal-Riverside and it was 39 strokes behind the second place Cougars.
It was an unusual leaderboard with the top eight individual places all consisting of BYU and San Francisco players. After BYU’s Keiley three San Francisco players finished second, third, and fourth, and then three Cougars filled in the next three slots, followed by another Don.
