Utah Valley Shows Strong Team at Snowman Getaway in Arizona
Utah Valley University golf team finished third at the Snowman Getaway held Monday and Tuesday at the Goodyear Golf Course in Arizona. The tournament was hosted by Washington State and included a 14-team field.
All five players for Utah Valley contributed to the scoring and the highest round shot by any of the Wolverines was a 76 by Stratton Schulz. Mason Casper had the best round, a 68 in the second round and Casper and Mike Dart led the Wolverine scoring with one over par scores of 217 for the three rounds.
It was a strong performance by the Wolverines and marks them as a legitimate contender in every tournament they enter this year.
