Here We Go Again! Blair Wins St. George Am, Makes It Two-in-a-Row
Zac Blair won six straight tournaments to open the 2012 Utah golf season. It was probably the first time any golfer won the first six tournaments of the year, and perhaps the first time any golfer ever won six straight any time of year.
Well, here we go again.
Blair opened the 2013 season by winning the Coral Canyon Amateur and this past weekend made it two in a row by winning the St. George Amateur. How long will this go on?
Blair had to come from behind to overtake BYU teammate and first round leader Cole Ogden. Ogden opened with a four under par 69 on the par 73 layout. Blair was one shot behind and had to sleep overnight on that annoyance.
In the second round Blair fired a 68 and finished with a comfortable twoComplete results are not yet available and will be posted soon.
