Deadline apporaching for UGA 4-Man Team Championship – LAST UGA TOURNEY OF 2012
Date: October 12-October 13
Tee Times: October 12- 11:00 a.m. Shotgun
October 13- 10:00 a.m. Shotgun
Site: Moab GC – Moab, UT
Entry Fee: $400 per team. Entries will open no later than March 15th. Entry fee must be paid at the time of sign-up.
Entry Deadline: Friday, October 5th.

UGA Entry and Cancellation Policy for all UGA Championships: The deadline for all entries is 4:30pm MST of the entry deadline date. All entries are on a first come first serve basis and each entry form (online or print) must be accompanied by the full entry fee to secure a spot. Withdrawals prior to the entry deadline will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. After the deadline the withdrawals will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals within two business days of the event. The tournament committee reserves the right to changes this information at any time.
Field Size: 30 Teams
Flight Information: At-Large Division, Men’s Senior Division, Women’s Division.
Eligibility: All UGA member clubs may be represented by a four person team in each of the following divisions; at-large, senior (all members must be 50 years of age or older as of first day of competition) and women’s. A majority of the team members must be from the same club. Clubs may have more than one team, but must designate who is competing on which team when registering for the event.
Format: At Large and Senior Divisions – 36 holes gross stroke play using modified college scoring (low three of four gross total scores count). Women’s Division – (One low Gross score and two low net scores out of four count).
