Happy Holidays from the Utah Golf Association

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Utah Golf Association!

At this special time of year the Utah Golf Association wants to wish all our members and everyone associated with golf in Utah a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The Christmas Season brings with it the joy of giving, and what better gift can you give a golfer than the gift of golf?

There are hundreds of golf gifts, and with a little looking around you can find at least one perfect fit for each golfer.

Balls, tees, and clubs; hats, shirts, and sweaters; rain gear, hand and toe warmers, and propane heaters for golf carts are just a few ideas.  A sleeve of balls is a simple and wonderful gift.

There are green fee passes at almost every golf course in Utah, as well as season discount books such as the PGA Pass.

There are specially designed golf trips that include vacations in ritzy and glamorous places.

And there are special discounts that make it enticing to spend weekends in the St. George-Mesquite area.

And parents should not forget that golf is an ideal gift for their sons and daughters, including junior passes for green fees, and entry fees for the Utah Junior Golf Association or the PGA Junior Golf programs. For many parents it could be the gift of a lifetime to their children.

So before you shop too far afield, shop at your local golf discount store, your PGA pro shop, or golfing organization.

A membership in the UGA and the accompanying discounts is the best deal of them all. You can do that by calling the UGA at 801-563-0400.

Ho, Ho, Ho and Happy Holidays from the
