Starting with Hole #23 (5th hole) Shot by shot results:

Hole #36 (Hole 18): Sharp 1up
Sharp hit a "cut shot" drive down and into the fairway about 110 yards from the green. Jensen took an aggressive line and pounded a drive over the trouble and just short of the greenside bunker out about 60 yards. He has a good lie in the ruff there. Sharp hits a good approach shot to the middle of the green about 25 feet away, (Hole is back and right). Jensen hits his approach shot about 8 feet over the green leaving himself a very difficult chip with little to no green to work with. He then hits a great chip shot to with in 4 feet of the hole. Sharp hits his putt to within inches of the hole and the par putt is conceded by Jensen. Sharp wins!

Hole #35 (Hole 17): Sharp 1up
This hole is playing 218 yards today. The hole is in the middle right of the green. Sharp hit a good shot onto the green, short and right of the hole about 25 feet away. A very good shot considering the conditions. Jensen hit his shot onto the green but it is well left of the hole, (approximately 60-70 feet). Jensen makes a great lag putt, leaving himself a 4 footer for par. Sharp actually has a very difficult breaking putt and he putts it to within inches of the hole. Jensen makes a pressure filled par putt to take this match to the 36th hole.

Hole #34 (Hole 16): Sharp 1up
Sharp hit his drive into the middle of the fairway. He is about 220 yards from the green. Jensen hit his drive into the left ruff and is out about 170 yards. They are hitting into a very strong wind. Sharp hits his next shot onto the green about 30 feet from the hole. Jensen hits his shot onto the green and it rolls to the back fringe of the green. Sharp lags his put to within 3 feet of the hole and Jensen lags his to within 5 feet of the hole. Jensen had to play nearly 20 feet of break on his putt. He then missed his par putt, (the bogey was conceded). Sharp makes his putt for par to win the hole and go 1up.

Hole #33 (Hole 15): All Square
With the with blowing hard the players are taking their time picking the right club for this difficult hole placement, (front right). Jensen hit a great shot to within 5 feet of the hole. Sharp missed his shot and ended up into the left bunker. Sharp hit a good bunker shot to about 4 feet from the hole. The wind moved his ball about 10 feet while it was in the air. Jensen then made his birdie putt to bring the match back to square.

Hole #32 (Hole 14): Sharp 1up
Sharp and Jensen hit good drives over the river and safely into the fairway. This hole is playing very difficult because it is into the teeth of the wind. Jensen took a very aggressive line over the river and Sharp was a bit more conservative. Sharp's second shot landed on the short grass 150 yards short of the green. Jensen hit an incredible 1W "off the deck" from 260 yards, into the wind, to within 2 feet of the hole! Sharp missed his next shot right and short of the green. When the players approached the green, Sharp saw how close Jensen was to the hole and, subsequently, conceded the hole.

Hole #31 (Hole 13): Sharp 2up
Sharp hit his drive into the middle of the fairway. Jensen hit his drive into the left ruff. They were clearly having difficulty hitting into the teeth of the wind. Sharp pulled out an iron and then changed to a fairway wood to hit his approach to the front of the green about 50 feet away from the hole (placed back left). Jensen hit a knock down shot to the right side of the green about 30 feet away. Sharp hit a great lag putt to about 4 feet from the hole. Jensen hit his put past the hole about 5 feet and missed the "come backer" to bogey the hole. Sharp then made his par putt go 2 up.

Hole #30 (Hole 12): Sharp 1up
The wind is blowing hard from right to left and at the players back. Jensen hit an iron off the tee and it ended up into the water left. Sharp then went to his bag and changed from a fairway wood to an iron, thought for a minute or two and then switch back to the fairway wood. He then hit a great shot into the middle of the fairway. Jensen hit his third shot from the tee box side of the lake/pond onto the fairway. Sharp hits his approach to within 20 feet of the hole and Jensen hits his well beyond the hole. The wind is making it difficult for the players to judge distances. Jensen misses his putt and sharp putts to within 2 feet of the hole. Jensen concedes the hole to Sharp.

Hole #29 (Hole 11): All Square
Both players hit good drives down the middle of the fairway. Sharp hit his next shot onto the short grass about 60 yards from the green. Jensen hit his next shot into the bunker, short and right of the green. Sharp hit his approach shot to within 5 feet of the hole. Jensen hit a great (long) bunker shot, also, to within 5 feet of the hole. The referee, Arlen Peacock, then had to measure the distance each was from the hole to determine who was away. Jensen was away by a fraction of an inch. Both players missed their birdie putts. The match remains all square.

Interesting Note: The wind is now starting to blow and is becoming a factor in this match.

Hole #28 (Hole 10): All Square
Jensen's drive ended up only a few yards from the green. He then chipped to within 2 feet of the hole. Sharp put his approach onto the green about 20 feet from the hole. He two putted for a par. Jensen then made his two foot putt to win the hole with a birdie.

Hole #27 (Hole 9): Sharp 1up
Both Players hit good drives down the middle of the fairway. Sharp's approach shot ended up short of the green. Jensen shanked his approach shot ending up well right of the hole. His next shot just got onto the green some 60 feet from the hole. He then two putted for a bogey 5. Sharp chipped his 3rd shot to within 5 feet from the hole leaving himself a slippery downhill sliding putt for par. He made the putt to go 1 up on the match.

Hole #26 (Hole 8): All Square
Jensen hit a good drive down the middle of the fairway and Sharp hit his drive left and into the fairway bunker into a difficult lie. Jensen hit his approach shot over the green into deep ruff. Sharp hit a fantastic shot from the fairway bunker to within feet of the hole. Jensen chipped up onto the green about 25 feet from the hole, missed that putt and subsequently conceded the hole to Sharp. V. Farrell Thomas said that Sharps bunker shot was the most spectacular shot he has ever seen.

Hole #25 (Hole 7): Jensen 1 up
Jensen hit his tee shot left of green into the deep ruff. Sharp hit his tee shot into the middle of the green and 2 putted for a par. Jensen hit a fantastic shot out of the ruff to about twenty feet away from the hole. He then made the long putt for par.

Hole #24 (Hole 6): Jensen 1up
Sharp's drive came to rest into trouble on the right side of the fairway. Sharp took an unplayable lie and then left his next shot in the trouble and subsequently conceded the hole to Jensen.

Hole #23 (Hole 5): All Square
Both Jensen and Sharp hit great drives down the middle of fairway.
Jensen hit his approach shot toward the right and into trouble, he then took an unplayable lie and re-hit from original spot. Eventually, Jensen conceded the hole to Sharp.
