All UGA members agree to:

 1. Post all casual round scores.
 2. Use equitable stroke control.
 3. Make honest effort on each shot.
 4. Post scores at the course played.
 5. Review score history for accuracy.
 6. See that tournament scores are posted.

Three-Way Agreement
UGA/Member Club/Individual Member

 1. All UGA members must be a member of a UGA Member Club.

 2. All UGA Member Clubs must be properly organized, with a handicap committee and have UGA authorization.

 3. Each individual member must have a reasonable opportunity to play golf with some other members of the club.

 4. Participating in formal club tournaments and events is not required.

 5. Each individual member must assure that their scores are posted properly according to USGA guidelines.

 6. The club handicap committee shall have the authority to review score posting practices and accuracy and to make adjustments if deemed necessary.

 7. All members of the UGA must pay an $25 UGA membership fee and the payment of $25 must be received by the UGA office for membership to be valid.

 8. The local club may require additional fees for participating in local club tournaments and activities, but no additional fees will be required for handicaps.
