All new members must join through their local club. After you have purchased your UGA membership card through your local club and the office copy is mailed to the UGA, it will take 1-2 weeks before you will be on all the computers throughout the state. Establishing a USGA/UGA Handicap Index requires the member to post at least five 18-hole rounds or 10, 9-hole rounds.

Utah Golf Association membership fees are as follows:

Regular Membership Fee $25.00
Most clubs have activities for their UGA local membership such as tournaments throughout the year for an additional fee.

Junior Membership Fee $10.00
For any member 17 years and younger

Multiple Membership $6.00
Fee for each additional club computer you want your 20-score history to appear.

Transfer Fee $5.00
Transfer your records from one club to another, or to change 18-hole membership to 9-hole or vice versa.

Reinstatement Fee / Late Fee $5.00
