Powars Wins Salt Lake City Senior Amateur
Jeff Powars shot a 64 at Glendale and followed it up with a 70 at Rose Park and won the Salt Lake City Senior Amateur by two shots. Dave Fischer won the Super Senior Division with rounds of 65-72-137.
The scores at Glendale were considerably lower than at Rose Park.
