Daniel Summerhays in Fourth Place After First Round of Memorial Tournament

Daniel Summerhays had an up and down day in the first round of the Jack Nicklaus’s Memorial Tournament. He had seven birdies, but also had two bogeys and a double bogey. His three under par round was good for a fourth place position. The leader is Scott Stallings at 66, three shots ahead of Summerhays.

It is a very strong field and some of the names below Summerhays on the leaderboard are Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and you name them, they are there. The Nicklaus tournament at Muirfield is one of the big non-major tournaments of the pro circuit.
