Over the years, the UGA has worked hard to provide Utah golfers with the most bang for their buck! In addition to the Handicap Service provided, our list of “2 for 1” offers continues to grow and is by far the cream of the crop! The UGA is closely tied to the efforts of the USGA in hosting Utah’s first National Championship.  The 87th United States Amateur Public Links Championship will be held at the Soldier Hollow Golf Course July 9 through July 14, 2012.  This championship is one of 13 national championships conducted annually by the USGA and is the first National Championship to be held in Utah. 

The Utah Golf Association’s Board of Directors and staff are committed to making this championship one to remember through fundraising and volunteerism.  The question is how can you help?  Your one time optional donation of $2.00 (or more) can help with the necessary operational funding to conduct a championship of this magnitude.  This donation will be available with your membership renewal online. In addition, volunteer opportunities are available in the following areas:  Player registration, scoring, transportation, caddie and other services.
